Audit Module – The Audit module allows you to schedule one-time or re-occurring audits. You can apply a specific scope based upon a list of standards or requirements, build your own audit checklist to be used over and over or modified as needed, assign auditors and auditees, record findings and more. You can then select the audit topic which may automatically add scope items based upon the area selected. It could be an area of a standard as shown below or a department, document, supplier, process, product / service or other area of interest.
Once the scope items have been selected, you can decide whether or not this will be a single audit or a series of audits and how often they will occur.
You can then review scope items for your audit, add additional scope items and designate a main scope for the audit.
Key participants in the audit are added next.
Once the audit has been created the parties involved will be emailed (if desired). The Lead Auditor will then create an audit checklist.
Once the audit has been completed, observations and findings can be recorded.
The audit report may then be sent out for review and acceptance. Q-Pulse will generate corrective action requests based upon the audit report to be automatically emailed to the responsible parties for action. Once all corrective action requests have been addressed, the audit report may be closed.
