Q-Pulse is an automated Quality Management System. It provides you with a closed-loop system, enabling you to capture all types of issues, hold people accountable for corrective action, ensure that the problem has been addressed through verification activities and quickly identify trends. Q-Pulse will encourage ownership of your compliance management system, reduce the bureaucracy usually associated with compliance and, crucially deliver improvement in bottom line performance and advance through your compliance efforts.
The Q-Pulse tool is made up of modules that provide a mechanism for document control; scheduling, creating and executing audits; linking personnel to training in order to plan training events and notify everyone when updates are required; managing your supplier’s performance; keeping track of assets; managing customer information; and tying all of these areas together for analysis and improvement.
The Q-Pulse application includes a web-portal, so that users can log-on and respond quickly to requests for corrective action, acknowledging a new document, responding to a training request or entering a compliment among many other things.
