Did you know that you can quickly access the specific records that you’re looking at in the Analysis module?
Once you’ve taken the time to drill down to a group of records in the Analysis module and sort it in some particular way, you might want to see those records, or perhaps print a report that only includes those items. Here is how it’s done.
After you drill down, those fields appear in the table above the charts. Select a row by clicking on it, then go to View-> Goto records-> Row Selection Only (or Show All, depending on which you want to occur). It will take you to the CAPA module, with only those records in the List View.
Now the List View contains only those records that you had selected in the Analysis module. To generate a report with this data, you may simply select to print the current view, and it will print reports with the information from only those records.
